You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS

Custom-made, personalised or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
